How do I register my student for sports?
You will need to register online at Family ID- Straub Middle School
What is FamilyID?
FamilyID is a secure registration platform that provides you with an easy, user- friendly way to register for athletic programs. When you register through FamilyID, the system keeps track of your information in your profile. All of the information that you enter in your family profile will be accessible when registering your student throughout their middle and high school years.
Can I access FamilyID on my phone or do I need a computer?
You can access FamilyID on both devices. It is user-friendly on both devices.
What information do I need?
- Student ID
- Physical Form (to upload to your account or drop it off at the main office)
- Family health insurance information and current doctor
Do I have to upload my student’s physical form to FamilyID?
No but we will need to have a copy turned into the office due to regulations of OSSA.
