School Supply List

Straub families,

As we prepare for a great school year ahead, there are many ways that students can prepare for success! Below is a list of supplies that Straub students may need. If any students are having trouble getting needed supplies, please contact the main office and we can help!

Straub Middle School 2024-25 Supply List

School Supply Recommendations

• 3 Ring Binder- 3 inches
• 4 highlighters (different colors are great)
• 5 College-ruled spiral notebooks (70-100 pages is ideal)
• Graph paper spiral for Math
• Composition book for science (at least 80 pages)
• 2+ ballpoint pens (at least one blue and one black, then other colors are fine). Please, no gel pens or permanent markers will be permitted.
• Zipper pencil pouch (the kinds that clip into your binder are best)
• Pencils (have them sharpened and ready to go). Please purchase plenty for the entire year
• Set of 24 Colored pencils
• If you prefer mechanical pencils, be sure to have a supply of back-up lead.
• Subject dividers (you will need at least 5-tab dividers
• Wired Earbuds (for Chromebooks)
• Erasers
• Ruler with standard and metric
• Backpack-able to fit in locker
• Glue stick-Kleenex and hand sanitizer (small)
• Refillable water bottle

ADDITIONAL ITEMS FOR CLASSES: 

6th Grade Wheel

Students need one 70–100-page spiral notebook for each wheel class. (Wheel classes change every 12 weeks).

For PE

Straub Physical Education T-shirts are available in the main office for $9.00. Students will need shorts, shorts, socks, and Tennis Shoes (for P.E. only)
